This Cookie Policy describes how we deploy cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage, session storage, software development kits in embedded content) on https://queblornshul.world/. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. We follow the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in Sweden (including the Electronic Communications Act, SFS 2022:482 where applicable), and guidance from the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) and IMY.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your browser, maintain session state, remember preferences, measure performance, and, when permitted, deliver relevant messaging. Similar technologies may store data in your browser’s local storage API with equivalent functions.

2. How we obtain consent

When you first visit, a banner offers “Accept all”, “Reject”, and “Cookie settings”. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because they are essential to provide a service you request (security, load balancing, consent storage). Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you opt in through “Accept all” or by enabling the respective toggles and clicking “Save preferences”. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies, using browser controls, or contacting us for assistance.

3. Cookie categories we use

Strictly necessary: Session management for forms, security tokens, cookie consent state (typically stored in localStorage key controlled by our script), and infrastructure cookies from our hosting provider to route traffic securely. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (overriding legitimate interest in secure delivery) and, where the ePrivacy exemption for strictly necessary storage applies, no consent is required.

Analytics: If enabled, first-party or third-party analytics help us understand aggregate traffic (page views, approximate geography, technology stack). We configure tools to minimise personal data, use IP anonymisation where offered, and avoid cross-site tracking beyond what you consent to. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) consent.

Marketing: If enabled, cookies may measure ad performance, attribute conversions, or personalise offers on our domains. We do not sell personal data for money; any sharing with ad partners is based on consent or other lawful grounds described in the Privacy Policy. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) consent.

4. Specific cookies and storage keys

Because vendors may rotate names, the following list is representative and updated periodically. Exact names appear in your browser’s developer tools.

5. Third-party cookies

Embedded content (videos, maps, social widgets) may set third-party cookies beyond our direct control. We minimise such embeds on product pages. If we add them, we will update this policy and, where required, gate loading behind consent tools.

6. Browser controls

Major browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may break checkout or consent storage. Use private browsing to test. The European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance offers industry opt-outs for some ad networks at youronlinechoices.eu.

7. Do Not Track

There is no uniform legal standard for DNT signals. We currently do not respond to DNT headers but honour consent choices stored through our banner.

8. Updates

When we introduce new technologies, we will revise retention periods and purposes here and, if needed, re-seek consent. Previous versions are available on request.

9. Contact

Questions about cookies may be sent to notifyuse@queblornshul.world or by post to the address above. You may also exercise GDPR rights described in the Privacy Policy, including objection to certain processing.
