This Return and Refund Policy explains how to cancel distance contracts, return QuinVigor products, and obtain refunds or replacements. It complements our Terms of Service and complies with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights as implemented in Sweden (Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, SFS 2005:59) and the Consumer Sales Act (1990:932) for defective goods.
1. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer purchasing online from an EEA country, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. The period starts the day after you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. For split shipments, it starts when the last item arrives. If information duties on withdrawal were not met, the period may be extended to twelve months under Chapter 2 §§ 10–12 of the Swedish distance contracts act, subject to case-specific facts.
2. How to exercise withdrawal
Send a clear statement to notifyuse@queblornshul.world or use the contact form with your name, address, order reference, and decision to withdraw. You may use the optional model form below but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, sending the message before the fourteen-day period expires is sufficient.
Model withdrawal form (complete and return only if you wish to withdraw): To Queblornshul, Västerlånggatan 16, 111 29 Stockholm, Sweden — I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract of sale of the following goods (*)/for the provision of the following service (*), ordered on (*)/received on (*), name of consumer(s), address of consumer(s), signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper), date. (*) Delete as appropriate.
3. Return shipment
Unless we offer a prepaid label, you bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we failed to disclose that cost, in which case we pay. Return the product without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you communicated withdrawal. Items must be sent to the return address provided in your order confirmation or, if none, our postal address above. Use outer packaging that protects breakable glass bottles. Retain proof of posting.
4. Refunds after withdrawal
We refund all payments received, including outbound delivery charges at the least expensive standard rate if you chose a premium service, within fourteen days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that you dispatched them, whichever is earlier. We may withhold refund until goods arrive or you supply dispatch proof. Refunds use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise; you will not incur fees beyond those inherent to the instrument.
5. Diminished value
You are liable for diminished value only if handling went beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning. Opening secondary packaging for inspection is usually acceptable; consuming a large portion of supplements may reduce refundable amounts proportionally.
6. Hygiene and sealed goods exception
Under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. Food supplements in sealed containers lose withdrawal protection once the safety seal is broken, except where the item is defective or misdescribed. If you are unsure, contact us before opening.
7. Defective or non-conforming products
Separate from withdrawal, the Consumer Sales Act grants remedies if goods deviate from the contract, including hidden defects. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovery, typically two months. We may offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on proportionality. You may be required to return defective units; we cover reasonable return costs when the claim is upheld.
8. Incorrect or damaged deliveries
If carriers damage parcels or we ship the wrong SKU, photograph the outer box and labels and contact us within seven days of receipt. We arrange replacement or refund including return logistics at our expense when validated.
9. Business purchasers
B2B contracts follow the commercial terms agreed at checkout. Unless negotiated otherwise, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. Defect claims rely on the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (1990:931) where applicable.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes
We encourage contacting customer service before initiating payment disputes so we can trace the transaction. Unjustified chargebacks may incur administrative fees permitted by law and payment scheme rules.
11. Environmental note
Recycle glass and cardboard according to local sorting rules. Do not flush capsules or empty bottles into wastewater systems.
12. Updates
Regulatory changes or carrier practice updates may require revisions. The policy version in force at purchase applies to that order unless mandatory law provides stronger rights retroactively.
