Governing law baseline: Swedish law for consumers resident in Sweden, with mandatory EU consumer protections where you reside elsewhere in the EEA.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) regulate access to our website and the purchase of QuinVigor and related services. By placing an order, creating an inquiry, or using interactive features, you agree to these Terms and the documents incorporated by reference: Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Return Policy.
1. Website use licence
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to browse and reproduce transient copies of content for personal, non-commercial decision-making. You may not scrape inventory in bulk, circumvent security, inject malware, misrepresent affiliation, or use automated tools that degrade performance. We may suspend access for breach.
2. Product information
QuinVigor is a food supplement, not a medicinal product. Descriptions follow EU Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 where food information is concerned and national rules on food supplements. Marketing avoids disease-treatment claims. Images are illustrative; minor packaging changes may occur without notice. If an error affects price or specification materially, we will inform you before dispatch and offer correction or cancellation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering a binding contract. Business purchasers warrant that buyer details are accurate for VAT and invoicing.
4. Ordering process
Product listings are invitations to treat. Your submitted form constitutes an offer. We confirm acceptance by email or by shipping, whichever is defined in the checkout flow you use. We may decline orders for stock, compliance, or fraud-prevention reasons. Pre-authorisations on payment cards are not final charges until acceptance.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices appear in euro unless otherwise stated, reflecting Sweden-based EU trade. VAT is included for consumers where required. Delivery charges appear before payment. If tax rules change before dispatch, we will adjust with notice.
6. Payment
Payment methods are presented at checkout. You warrant authority to use the chosen method. Chargebacks without valid grounds may lead to account review. We do not store full card numbers on our servers when payment is handled by certified providers.
7. Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or to a carrier-appointed pick-up point. Title passes after full payment. Time estimates are non-binding unless a fixed date is mandatory under consumer law and expressly confirmed. Events outside reasonable control (force majeure) extend timelines.
8. Withdrawal and complaints
Statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts are detailed in the Return Policy, including exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection if opened. Complaints about defects are handled under the Consumer Sales Act (1990:932) and related provisions, including remedies of repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
9. Intellectual property
Trademarks, layout, text, and media on the site belong to us or licensors. No licence is granted beyond browsing. “QuinVigor” and “Queblornshul” identifiers may not be used commercially without written consent.
10. User content
If you submit reviews or messages, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display the content for business purposes. You confirm you have rights to the material and that it is lawful. We may remove content that violates third-party rights or these Terms.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law. For consumers, statutory rights remain intact. For business buyers, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where such limitation is void. Our aggregate liability for other claims is limited to the price paid for the affected order in the twelve months preceding the claim unless a higher cap is mandatory.
12. Dispute resolution
Consumers resident in the EU may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are willing to engage in alternative dispute resolution where bodies are competent. Swedish courts have jurisdiction subject to non-waivable rules that may give you suits closer to your home.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or product changes. The version at the time of your order applies to that transaction. Material changes to ongoing subscriptions, if introduced later, will be communicated in advance where required.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including wars, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, carrier bankruptcies, import bans, or critical infrastructure outages. Affected obligations pause for the duration of the event; if performance becomes permanently impossible, parties negotiate equitable termination compensation excluding punitive damages not permitted under Swedish law.
15. Assignment
You may not assign rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign to affiliates or successors in a merger, provided your statutory consumer guarantees remain available from the transferee.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If a clause is invalid, the remainder stays effective. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Return Policy, and order confirmation constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter, superseding prior oral statements unless fraud is proven.
17. Language
The English version governs interpretation for international customers. Swedish consumers may request a Swedish summary of key consumer rights; mandatory Swedish law prevails where it offers stronger protection than an English wording suggests.
18. Contact
Reach us at notifyuse@queblornshul.world or the postal address above for contractual notices. Registered letters satisfy formal requirements where the law demands writing.
